STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Strength and conditioning focuses on improving physical performance, resilience, and overall movement quality through targeted exercise. Whether for injury prevention, rehabilitation, or optimising daily function, this approach helps build a strong, adaptable body.
Through a combination of resistance training, mobility work, and functional movement patterns, strength and conditioning programs enhance muscle strength, joint stability, and endurance. These exercises are tailored to individual needs, ensuring safe and effective progress.

ADJUSTMENTS
High-Velocity, Low-Amplitude (HVLA) adjustments, often associated with the "cracking" sound, are precise, controlled movements used to restore mobility in restricted joints. When a joint becomes restricted, it can cause discomfort, stiffness, and compensation in surrounding areas. HVLA adjustments involve a quick yet gentle thrust to encourage proper movement. The "crack" is simply gas being released from the joint, similar to the way knuckles pop. Joint adjustments can be a powerful tool in osteopathy, helping to relieve tension and optimise movement for a more mobile and comfortable body.

CUPPING
Cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing specially designed cups on the skin to create suction. This gentle pulling action helps to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation.
It works by creating suction lifting the skin and underlying tissues, encouraging blood flow and lymphatic drainage. This process helps to loosen fascial restrictions, reduce inflammation, and support the body's natural healing mechanisms. Cupping can be a powerful complement to musculoskeletal treatments, helping to restore balance and ease throughout the body.
-
DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that uses very thin, sterile needles to target trigger points—tight bands of muscle that contribute to pain and dysfunction. Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, dry needling is based on western anatomy and focuses on releasing muscular tension.
The needle can create a twitch response that helps reset the muscle, reduce tightness, and improve blood flow. This process stimulates the body's natural healing response, encouraging tissue repair and pain relief - addressing acute pain and improving mobility & flexibility.
