Meet Lara

Lara graduated from Victoria Univeristy with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters in Osteopathy. Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Lara completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and spent time in Bali becoming a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. She loves treating all kinds of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, TMJ dysfunctions, pregnancy, headaches/migraines, lower back complaints, neck pain, and chronic pain.

Approach to Treatment

Lara’s approach to osteopathic treatment combines years of knowledge in anatomy, psychology, yoga, meditation, and movement, she focuses on restoring balance to the body. Her integrative approach considers not only the musculoskeletal system but also the mind, viscera, and nervous system. She uses an array of techniques such as soft tissue massage, cupping, dry needling, movement therapy, joint articulation, adjustments, and breathwork to support her patients' healing and wellbeing.

In Her Spare Time


When Lara isn’t treating as an Osteopath, you’ll find her teaching weekly yoga classes at Grassroots Yoga in St Kilda, walking her mini-groodle Humphrey on the Surf Coast, finding the next best almond latte, training at BodyFit St Kilda, attempting to swing a golf club or spending time with family and friends. Not to mention she loves getting on a plane and exploring the world when she can!
