Our Story
Welcome to ASSEMBLE – a space to support your body in healing to optimum health.
The name ASSEMBLE reflects two meanings:
“A collection of pieces, put together to create wholeness.”
“A gathering of individuals, united by a shared purpose.”
Years ago, Lara envisioned a space where people could come to heal, not just their physical bodies but their emotional selves as well. This vision became the foundation of ASSEMBLE, a sanctuary where health and well-being are approached holistically.
From the beginning of her career, Lara observed that true healing occurs when all aspects of health—biological, psychological, social, and spiritual are considered together. By integrating these elements, patients experience deeper, longer-lasting results.
At ASSEMBLE, you’re not just a patient—you’re part of a community dedicated to restoring balance and strength, piece by piece.
